In a section on St. Charles last January, the Business Journal reported on plans by information technology consulting firm Quilogy to renovate two historic buildings in downtown St. Charles' Main Street district. Completion of the project would give the growing company some 40,000 square feet of space in a complex consisting of four office buildings, a parking lot and guest house for off-site meeting space and overnight accommodations for visiting out-of-town staff.
Randy Schilling, Quilogy president and chief executive, said both buildings have been gutted and rehabbed as planned. One of the buildings now houses the company's national practices group, providing office space for about 40 employees. The other building is home to Quilogy's St. Louis office group, which has another 65 to 70 employees.
