FLOWER MOUND - Lakeside DFW has plans for its first development - upscale retail shops and offices at the fourcomer entrance into the business park, a 163-acre tract north of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, overlooking Grapevine Lake.
Urban Partners Inc., an affiliate of Henry S. Miller Interests, and Lakeside DFW Land Ltd. plan to jointly develop the intersection of F.M. 2499 and Lakeside Parkway, which forms the four-comer entrance to the park, with an estimated 250,000 square feet of retail.
