NACM Arizona Inducts New Officers and Directors We are proud to announce that NACM Arizona has named Ira Schwarzwald, corporate credit manager of Phelps Dodge Corporation, as their affiliate chairman.
Schwarzwald has been a member of NACM Arizona's Board of Directors for three years and had previously served as Secretary/Treasurer and as chairman of the Budget, Finance and Planning Committee. He has also previously served on the Board of Directors of NACM's Educational Group of Phoenix-now known as CFDD Greater Phoenix Chapter. Schwarzwald is an accredited CAP and ACAP instructor and currently teaches Credit Law.
Other elected officers include Richard J. Adams, Jr., CAE, CCE, President, NACM Arizona; Kathie Petty, Secretary/Treasurer, First Capital Bank; Bill J. Ray, Advisor, Wilbur Ellis Company; Michael King, Director, Gammage & Burnham, PLC; Ernie Amador, Director, Helena Chemical; Carol Grencevicz, CBA, Director, NDC Health Information Service; Paulette Green, Director, Tucson Ready Mix; and Jerry Jerman, Director, Vulcan Materials-CalMat.

Announces New Board and Credit
Executive of the Year
As most of our affiliates gear up for a new and exciting year of service, NACM Western Michigan Inc. has just named its 1999-2000 Board Officers and Directors.
James Racinowski, CCE, of Bissell Inc. is the new chairperson, John McDowell, Davenport College of Business is the new first vice-chairperson and Bill Benson, Robert Half International/Accountemps was elected second vice-chairperson. Elected directors included Cheryl Ingersoll, CBA, of Victor Barnes Company, Phil Roach of Behler-Young Company and Barbara Weersing, CCA, of Rapid Supply and Sales, Inc.
The Wyoming Michigan affiliate also announced their 1999 Credit Executive of the Year, J. W. (Bill) Bennett, CCE. Bennett is the credit manager of IMC AgriBusiness, Inc. in Riga, Michigan. In addition to his Certified Credit Executive (CCE) designation, he holds a B.A. from the University of Toledo, Ohio. He has been actively involved in both the Toledo and Western Michigan affiliates as well as NACM educational programs and Industry Credit Groups.
With more than 36 years of credit experience, Bennett's commitment to the credit management profession makes him an outstanding choice for the prestigious honor.
