NEW YORK -- Necessary Objects, the young contemporary collection, put all of its fall and winter wares on view in a runway show Monday night for more than 300 guests.
The show at N/A, a nightclub in Chelsea here, featured Necessary Objects apparel, handbags, intimates and outerwear. "We wanted to show the cohesiveness of the brand," said Della Olsher, president of D&A Marketing Group, the firm that represents the brand. Ady Gluck-Frankel, creative director and president of Necessary Objects, coined the show "The Fashion Poet."
A crowd of almost 500, according to Gluck-Frankel, descended upon the nightclub between 9 and 10 p.m. The lucky ones who...
