In a study of 18 patients, a 33-year-old woman was described, who developed sedation and constipation following treatment with oxycodone/paracetamol, and a 90-year-old man was described, who developed weakness in the leg following treatment with baclofen [not all dosages and routes; time to reactions onset and outcomes not stated].
