Using CollaMat to measure glue in copper electrolyte

Abstract

In recent years, measurements have been performed with CollaMat at various tankhouses. Figure 8 shows the measured glue activity at the inlet and the glue dosage. The fluctuations in the measured glue activity are much smaller than the differences in the glue dosage. Thus, in tankhouse A, there is greater activity in the inlet than in tankhouse B-with more than three times the glue dosage.
