The meeting in Glasgow on October 27 to attempt to set up a Company Voluntary Arrangement for George Waterston Security Printers turned into what one creditor has described as "a farce".
The company had hoped to persuade creditors to back the company while accepting less than the full amount owed. But the day before the meeting, the Royal Bank of Scotland called in its own pounds 500,000 debt.
