中国国际秩序观的变化与推动构建人类命运共同体

Abstract

This year marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. In the past 70 years, the international situation has continually undergone complex and profound changes while great changes have taken place in China. Nowadays, the world is undergoing changes unseen in a century. China aims to foster a new type of international relations and build a community with a shared future for mankind. This paper starts with analyzing the four evolutions of China’s view of international order, and then focuses on the core principles, theoretical features and practice characteristics. The study shows that building a community with a shared future for mankind is the right choice for human society based on the development of the Belt and Road Initiative. We believe that it will comprehensively improve the relations between China and the world whilst leading an innovative development of international relations.

今年是新中国成立 70 周年。70 年来，无论国际形势还是中国自身，都发生了许多 深刻复杂变化。随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代，面对百年未有之大变局，中国观大势、 谋全局、敢担当，旗帜鲜明地提出了构建以合作共赢为核心的新型国际关系，推动构建人类 命运共同体的新理念、新主张、新倡议，并积极践行之，实现了国际秩序观的再升华。本文 从考察中国国际秩序观的四次演变入手，分析人类命运共同体理念的核心要义，概括其理论 与实践特征，并以共商共建共享“一带一路”为例，指出推动构建人类命运共同体符合国际 社会的根本利益，是应对百年未有之大变局的科学方案，认为推动构建人类命运共同体必将 全面提升中国与世界互动的层次和境界，必将引领国际关系创新发展。
