Working with each customer individually, Kelly either assigns an on-site coordinator or a designated account representative from the local Kelly office to manage a pool of temporary employees at the customer location. As the customer' primary supplier of temporary help, Kelly is also responsible for customized reporting administrative paperwork, assigning and directing employees, verifying performance, and establishing retention programs at the customers' worksites.

Last year, Kelly was awarded a nine-month project that involves operating a special product promotion for a major customers.
