IFAC balance

Abstract

Women form the majority of the board of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) for the first time, comprising five out of the eight positions. Six new members join IFAC's board: Fiona Wilkinson of the UK's Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies; Winnie Nyamute of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya; Joan Curry of Chartered Accountants Ireland; Caroline Gardner of the UK's Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy; Yeong Kyun Ahn of the Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountants; and Ismaila Zakari of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
