Northrop Grumman (NOC) wants Congress to add $46 million to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency's (DARPA) FY '02 budget to enable the company to develop a stealth prototype of its Naval- Unmanned Combat Air Vehicle (N-UCAV), according to a senior program official.
