Abstract

Palabras-clave: minoristas; transformación digital; soluciones tecnológicas; cadena de valor Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to establish a typology of the disruptive technological solutions available to retailers nowadays based on their potentialimpact on the value chain. Survey data was collected from a sample of consumer good manufacturers, retailers and technological service providers. The findings of the study show how each of the identified technological solutions may contribute to retailers' competitive positioning, as defined by The Kahn Retailing Success Matrix (2018).
