Abstract

Palabras-clave: Marketing digital, pymes, redes sociales, sitios web, Web 2.0 Abstract: The aim of this study is to analyze the online presence of Andalusian Health SMEs-specifically those companies related to the dentistry sector. To this purpose, an analysis of 498 SMEs has been carried out considering criteria such as having or not a website and/or social media; number of social networks; links to social media available on websites; posting frequency; and number of followers, among others. SMEs which do have any kind of social media, generally, have small communities and they do not post frequently, which limit the interaction with the users and the implementation of digital marketing strategies Keywords: Digital marketing, SMEs, social media, websites, Web 2.0 1. Por otra parte, la definición del medio Financial Times (2014) establece que el marketing digital, además de incluir las RRSS, buscadores web y aplicaciones móviles, entre otros, también incluye diversos canales que no requieren el uso de Internet -como la mensajería móvil-.
