Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to analyze the legal model of virtual distance education in Venezuelan universities, in order to promote it in the Latin American context. The present study is indicated with a descriptive design, framed in the quantitative paradigm, which is identified as a non-experimental and descriptive field design, according to Hernández et al. With this analysis, the conclusions and recommendations to promote the implementation of the virtual distance education modality in the context of all Latin American universities were elaborated.
