Miceli at large after failing to show up for trial

Rochester entrepreneur Samuel Miceli appears to have skipped out on a bankruptcy fraud trial that was to have commenced this week.

District Court Judge Charles Siragusa last Friday issued a warrant for Miceli's arrest after Justice Department officials were unable to locate the accused felon, said Assistant U.S. Attorney Richard Resnick.

Miceli originally had been slated to face trial last month, along with his wife, Donna Miceli, but his case was severed from hers and postponed until this week after he complained of health problems.
