0 L LY W 0 0 D The day before Tribune Entertainment's "Talk or Walk" pilot was due to shoot, the featured guests took the run-through seriously and opted to walk.
Although "Talk or Walk's" producer Scott Sternberg Prods. and distrib Tribune had to turn to a back-up couple, Tribune prexy-CEO Dick Askin was OK with the situation.
"I found the whole process interesting to watch," Askin said. Fact is, the lure of relationship-oriented reality shows for auds and syndicators is in large part due to spontaneity.
"What's intriguing is you really have to see that on tape it is so emotional and unpredictable that once you start watching, it's very difficult to turn away," Askin says. "On paper, it doesn't sound as interesting or Earth shattering."
