Q: What's the competition like in Central Pennsylvania Between advertising firms on the hunt for local clients?
A: I think it's pretty fierce. I think this market is very lucky to have really quality agencies. I feel that there's a lot of talent in this area. It's not just whoever has the most amount of people wins the game. The clientele is savvy enough to understand strategy. Everyone is really smart and really talented, which I think is great for the community. The competition creates the best thinking possible.
Q: What's the best thing your company has done to increase its revenue in the past five years?
A: (We) add value to the clients. (We) grow organically. We're not a company traditionally that goes out there and gets new accounts left and right. We continue to grow the current business and add more value or more services.

A: What people are doing whether it's music, whether it's apparel, whether it's just vernacular. These trends affect how we talk to people. Any trend...
