AIR REGULATORS PRESS EPA TO DELAY NSR CHANGES FOR ONE YEAR

Abstract

"As you are aware, the State and Territorial Air Pollution Program Administrators (STAPPA) and the Association of Local Air Pollution Control Officials (ALAPCO) have serious concerns with the U.S. EPA's recently promulgated final rule affecting changes to the NSR program and with the adverse impact these changes would likely have on the ability of states and localities to achieve and sustain clean, healthful air," the Jan. 16 letter began.
