Actus Lend Lease (Actus) and its predecessor, Actus Corporation, have been exclusively dedicated for 20 years to improving the quality of life for servicemembers and their families, Actus has designed and constructed more than 60 military family housing projects. The contracts for the 16,000 units in these military construction (MILCON) projects have a combined value of more than $1.5 billion.
