Abstract

For quantitative analysis, the communication assessment model 2.0 was used on social media, and for this study the variable "presence" was analyzed in these two networks. In the qualitative way, the content generated by the companies could be obtained: the value-added content and the engagement. Companies in this sector, maintain a presence within social media, however, their lack of interest and lack of constant content publishing, has generated that the user will stop following them and brands lose credibility and digital trust. En este nuevo escenario, según Ruiz y Amaral (2013): Los usuarios tienen su propio blog, suben un video casero a YouTube, comparten imágenes por Facebook, publican lo que piensan en Twitter y además están siempre conectados al Chat; son lo que se conoce como nativos digitales; forman parte de una generación que actúa con rapidez, que se concentra en varias tareas al mismo tiempo, que vive en tiempo real, conectada siempre y buscando la misma velocidad de carga como de descarga de servicios, inmersa en una lógica de compartir y colaborar (p. 82).
