Abstract: An embodiment of this order processing program causes a computer to execute a reception process, an acquisition process, a determination process, and an output process. The reception process receives an order from an IoT device corresponding to a seat in the stands of an event. The acquisition process acquires a progress state of the event. The determination process determines a time to provide a product corresponding to the order, in accordance with the content of the received order and the progress state of the event during the time period in which the order was received. The output process outputs an instruction to provide the product corresponding to the order at the determined time to provide the same.
