Abstract

У средишту Четврте индустри]ске револуци]е налази се дигитална трансформаци]а ко]а he у потпуности променити наше разумевате пословата. Развоoj индустри]е 4.0 са технологи]ама као што су CLOUD computing, Интернет ствари и вештачка интелигенци]а знача]но he утицати на тренутне моделе пословата. Да би успешно спровеле дигиталну трансформаци]у и опстале на глобалном тржишту, компани1е мора1у да поседу]у адекватан интелектуални капитал, ко1и се огледа у знату и вештинама запослених. Осим промене потребних техничких вештина запослени he морати да се прилагоде новоj дигиталноj стратегии организационоj структури, као и култури пословата. Као одговор на оваj тренд по1авлу]е се потраба за успоставлатем нових професи]а у компани1ама. Цил овог рада]е да прона^е одговоре на питата ко]е професи]е ]е потребно увести у компани1е ко]е се дигитално трансформишу и Koja je ъихова улога, као и Koje компетенци/е je неопходно да mceöyjyруководиоци компани)а како би се успешно споровела дигитална трансформаци)а.

In the middle of the Fourth Industrial Revolution there is a digital transformation that will completely change our understanding of business. The development of Industry 4.0 with technologies such as Cloud computing, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence will significantly impact on current business models. In order to successfully implement the digital transformation and survive in the global market, companies must own adequate intellectual capital. Apart from technical skills, employees will need to adapt to the new digital strategy, organizational structure, and business culture. In response to this trend, there is a need to establish new professions in companies. The aim of this paper is to try to find the answers to the next questions: which professions are needed to be introduced to companies that are digitally transformed and what is their role, as well as what competencies are necessary for company executives to successfully slow down digital transformation.
