Abstract

DNA amplification by conventional PCR and quantitative real time PCR DNA was extracted from the blood buffy coat, homogenized eschar or tissue samples by using the QIAamp DNA Mini Kit (QIAGEN GmbH, Hilden, Germany) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
