ENERGY Minister Matt Kean has been accused of hypocrisy after targeting male colleagues and friends for key appointments despite publicly calling for quotas to get more women into parliament.
Mr Kean’s proposal for gender quotas was also yesterday labelled an “arrogant” and “self-serving” move that will only entrench the moderate faction’s control in the party.
