Abstract: Inasmuch as the most road accidents are caused by inappropriate human behavior, its correction is of a particular importance. In this respect, it is necessary to increase the effectiveness of road safety legislation, consistent application of current legislation the promotion of preventive driving, counseling and psychological rehabilitation programs for drivers who infringe the legal provisions on speed and driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages, the law enforcement campaigns, increasing the amount of the fine for traffic offenses.

1. INTRODUCTION
The personal and social life is related to travel, work and a number of particular issues.
By choosing for the move on the road, it can also be see the significant contributions of road transport from the point of view of the nature of the intersessional relations of the human being and the development of economic relations, which require much more mobility.
According to statistics [1], in terms of loss of life and economic loss, the road transport is the most dangerous and expensive. Statistically, 70% of all road events are due to the human factor, 29% of road events are due to environmental factors and only 1% of all road events are due to technical factors.
In fact, these factors can be interdependent, combining, the percentage that is related to only one of the listed factors being lower.
Three major factors interact in the driving activity: the driver of the vehicle (the human factor), the vehicle (the technical factor) and the environment (social and physical).
2. THE HUMAN FACTORS THAT MAY INFLUENCE THE GENERATE OF ROAD ACCIDENTS
Some of the aspects that have a negative impact on road safety are closely linked to the human factor and include, among others:
* the fatigue which give the illusion of an illusory invulnerability and give the driver's belief that he have the ability for drive in the superior way to other drivers [2],
* the excessive weariness caused by excessive concentration during in time driving under conditions of lack of illumination of roads, and highways, especially at changing of the level or of the traffic curves or of the intersections, a factor that could be corrected by the achievement of lighting by renewable sources, such as light...
