Although since the Festival de Viña 2020, the last before the fashion of wearing masks was imposed, Ernesto Belloni has been unable to travel the country doing humor, in recent months a project has taken away his sleep.
It's about his new role as a "motivational coach" in which he will mix his life story with humor to go in support of people who have had a hard time with the economic crisis stemming from the coronavirus.
"Love adversity. You are the architect and builder of your life" is the motto with which the human behind Che Copete wants to transfer his experiences although, he clarifies, "it is not a show" itself, but an online conversation aimed at families.
In conversation with the pop newspaper, Belloni tells us the chips of the talk and how it relates to his own successes and failures.
"Don Ernesto, where did you get the idea from?
"With all this problems that the pandemic has caused, there is a lot of layoffs, uncertainty. Then I got this concern and I said 'Why am I doing motivational talks to people who are in work?' and I wasn't reaching people who are in trouble. So I come up with this through the municipalities, to make this coach that in the end is to transfer own experiences.
The comedian dates back to the Chilean economic crisis of 1982 where, at just 23 years old, he lost what he considered "the work of his life".
