Last year was truly unlike any other. The trials and tribulations we all faced led to important learning opportunities that will guide us into the new year and beyond. Perhaps, the biggest takeaway is that your employees want more – more flexibility, more understanding, and more recognition for a job well done. The truth is, these wants and needs were always present, even before Covid-19.
Just before the pandemic took over the globe, we completed a survey of more than 3,000 U.S. employees across various industries and roles. We used our proprietary technique called rsX℠ to measure the relationship strength between employees and their colleagues, managers and companies. The results gave us a unique look at what employees expect as it relates to trust, alignment and commitment at work. Covid-19 exacerbated these expectations.
