Abstract
The article considers the issue of integrated assessment of various geo-protective technologies that can be used in a cold region. For the first time, a parameter is introduced that takes into account the effect of negative temperature on the work of the tecnology being introduced as a whole. Materials for construction can also be assessed by the above algorithm. The calculation ends with a PQ index for each object.
