Abstract
Neutrino physics has made a substantial progress in recent years: ranging from the discovery of new phenomena, as neutrino oscillations, up to the development of milestone experimental techniques, going, at the end, hand-in-hand. Today, we are able to do precision neutrino physics, as well as we have succeeded in using neutrinos as new tools to gain information about astrophysical objects. In spite of this enormous progress, many fundamental questions remain unanswered. This contribution concentrates on low-energy MeV neutrinos emitted from our Sun, along the radioactive decays inside the Earth (geoneutrinos), and reactor neutrinos. For each of these three fields, the present-day motivation, open questions, as well as the latest experimental results and future perspectives are discussed.
