Resim Sanatında Caravaggio’ Nun Yeri Ve Önemi

Abstract

Andre Gide "İyi duygularla kötü resim yapılır" diyor, bizde bunun diğer anlamını kullanabiliriz. "Kötü duygularla iyi resim yapılır". Gide her halde bu sözü Caravaggio için yazmış olsa gerek. Tabiiki Gide genel sanat tavrını ve sanatçıya olan bakış açısını yansıtmakistedi. İlginç bir söz, güzel bir söz. Sanatın expresif yönünü ne de güzelyansıtıyor.

Caravaggio hırslıydı, kavgacıydı, savaşçıbir kişiliği vardı. Caravaggio iç çatışmalarını yoğunluğuna yaşıyordu ve bu açıklamalardan sonra onun İçin iyi duygular içinde değildi ve kötü duygularla resim yapıyordu diyebiliriz. Onun resimleri kötü duygularla yapılmış iyi resimlerdir.

"Aziz Matta ve Melek" resmin öyküsünü okuduğumdaişte incelenmesi gereken bir sanatçı demiştim, Caravaggio için. Bunu da şimdi elimden geldiğince gerçekleştirdiğim için mutluyum.

Gözlemlediğim kadarıyla Caravaggio, için yazılmış bir tez yok, geniş çapta yazılmış. Türkçe bir kitap'da yok. İstedim ki, böyle bir sanatçıyı inceleyerek bundan sonraki araştırmalara katkıda bulunmak, yalnızca İtalya'nın değil dünyanın büyük sanatçısı Caravaggio'nun yaşamını, eserlerinin anlatırken, tekrar onu yaşamak, onu solumak, onunla birlikte "Aziz Matta ve Melek" i tekrar resmetmek.

- Bu araştırmaya başlarken öncelikle 16. ve 17.yüzyıl Bilim, Felsefe,Din ve Sanatı da içeren genel bir bakış atmayı uygun gördüm. Daha sonra Barok Sanatı ve Caravaggio'nun hayatı, sanatını yorumladım. Ancak böylece Caravaggio'nun sanatını ve kişiliğini dönemiyle yorumlayabilirdik.

Araştırmamda asıl yararlandığım ana kaynak "Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio" adlı İngilizce bir kaynaktır. Kitap Longhi, Bellori, Mahon, Baglione, Mancini, Venturi gibi yazarların sanatçı ve eserleri hakkındaki yorumlarıyla yazılmış geniş bir kaynaktır.

Şimdi de sırayla, 16.yüzyıl, 17.yüzyıl ve daha sonra Caravaggio'nun sanatına doğru yolculuğa çıkalım.

Andre Gide says "Bad painting is made with good feelings", so we can use the other meaning of it. "Good painting is made with bad feelings". Gide must have written this phrase for Caravaggio. Of course, Gide wanted to reflect his general artistic attitude and his point of view towards the artist. An interesting word, a beautiful word. How beautifully it reflects the expressive side of art.

Caravaggio was ambitious, belligerent, had a warlike personality. Caravaggio was living with the intensity of his inner conflicts and after these explanations, we can say that he was not in good feelings for him and he was painting with bad feelings. His pictures are good pictures made with bad feelings.

Of course, "Caravaggio" is not the only artist in the history of art who paints only with bad feelings. But it comes first. While determining the thesis position, I wanted to Examine an artist. It is no accident that this artist is Caravaggio. He had to be such an artist that he would bring new breakthroughs and insights into the history of art, not have good feelings and affect the whole art of painting, be enthusiastic, sensitive and creative. Of course, there are many painters with this characteristic, a painting caught my attention in the first pages of the "Story of Art" book when I first started my painting education. When I read the story of the painting "Saint Matthew and the Angel", I said that Caravaggio is an artist that needs to be studied. I'm happy that I've done that as well as I can now.

As far as I have observed, there is no thesis written for Caravaggio, it has been widely written. There is no Turkish book. I wanted to contribute to further research by examining such an artist, to live and breathe him again, to paint "Saint Matthew and the Angel" together with him, while describing the life and works of Caravaggio, the great artist of not only Italy but the world. When I started this research, I thought it appropriate to take an overview, including 16th and 17th century Science, Philosophy, Religion and Art. Then I interpreted Baroque Art and Caravaggio's life and art. Only then could we interpret Caravaggio's art and personality with his period.

The main source I used in my research is an English source called "Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio". The book is an extensive resource with comments on the artist and his works by authors such as Longhi, Bellori, Mahon, Baglione, Mancini, Venturi.
