IMPHAL, Feb. 6 -- Veteran politician and a four-time elected MLA from Kangpokpi assembly constituency Thangminlen Kipgen on Saturday gave blessings to her niece Nemcha Kipgen, the sitting MLA of Kangpokpi assembly constituency at his Haipi residence.
