On February 22, 2022, the girls of NMIXX debuted with the first mini album "AD MARE" featuring title song "O.O". Since 2021, the agency JYP Entertainment announced to release a new girlgroup for this year. However, most K-pop fans did not like the single and video.
Most of the comments accuse JYP Entertainment for debuting NMIXX with "O.O", but not the members, as they have not been during the creative process of the production.
