Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research is to demonstrate how generational diversity influences digital education in teachers of the Administration career of a private university in Lima. The study had a quantitative approach, with a nonexperimental, explanatory design; the population consisted of 146 teachers, in a probability sampling. For data collection, two instruments consisting of 29 items each with a Likert scale were used.
