Abstract

Abstract: The general objective is to determine the influence of the "CGC" program on leadership in students on a private university in Lima Norte, 2021. The results of the leadership variable in the pre-test as well as in the post-test had an average level of leadership of 67.9% and 78.6% respectively, with respect to the dimensions of the variable, democratic leadership stood out with a high level, which was improved with the program, and in the other dimensions such as autocratic leadership and laissez faire leadership, it was sought to reduce its incidence. Leadership, managerial, competencies, democratic, management. 1.Introducción En el ámbito educativo, gestionar la formación de líderes ha sido un tema frecuente, el cual debe estar direccionado a adquirir capacidades y competencias tanto gerenciales como científicas. También, Lizárraga, (2018:87) aseguró que en los últimos años se ha incrementado la población estudiantil universitaria y con ello la mentoría en el liderazgo, sin embargo, todavía es insuficiente los estudios sobre este tema.
