Job responsibilities: Servicing the needs of the home selling and buying public: List, market, and sell homes (300 closed in 2001). Communicate marketing strategies, price point consideration, and condition to sellers on a continual basis (average 75 active listings at all times). Monitor the Triangle Real Estate market daily and report to all customers. Motivate a staff of 15 to the highest ethical effectiveness. Present and negotiate offers to the best win/win solution. Listen to customers, feel their pain and their joy.
