Abstract
In this paper, a production line of film extraction and transmission with traction rollers is discussed. Wrinkles sometimes appear on the whole film in a few days after the production line starts up. The film and traction rollers system’s models are established. Impact factors and change laws of rollers characteristics are studied. Influence parameters such as friction coefficient, rotating speed, roller deflection and clearance are analysed to ensure the stability of the film transmission system.
