Today that the Right of consumption is a fully consolidated reality this work tries to remember the incidence of the Cooperativism in the birth of this right.
Taking the history of the Economy as starting point and its influence in the creation of this right I have done my study.
It tries to show the influence that the social environment has in the evolution of Right. This environment has many aspects that are parts of study for the Economy, the history, the sociology and even the own evolution if the technique.
For what sociological aspects have been studied with the same end; making special stress in the co-operativist movement and in its particular way of to feel the economy next to the Cooperative Company contributions that endowed from the content to the sections of the consumption Right.
Therefore, it tries to look for the recent construction norms of the Consumption Right and how to interpret and apply them appropriately.
The Tesis is about the Consumption Right, speciality winge to the consumers defense and to the development of the consumerism, and for it, has a growing importance and a recent actuality, like has been said, In the relationship between the Consumption Right and the co-operativism.
Besides standing out the importance of the co-operativism in the Consumption Right construction, with this tesis I try to frame this right inside the Market Law under the prism of the Economis Schools of Rights that endowed with an structure to it.
All this tries to mark a before and an after in the study of the Consumption Right and that the same one can be seen as a sectorial discipline that allows to open new investigation for its better construction.
