Empreendedorismo e secretariado executivo: uma proposição de reflexões críticas e de ações a partir de alunos estagiários e de organizações concedentes de estágios na área

Abstract

A pesquisa propõe explorar como o empreendedorismo constitui-se na formação do futuro secretário executivo a partir de alunos estagiários e dos seus supervisores de campo. Os conteúdos presentes no discurso empreendedor vêm se significando na área de secretariado executivo com o sentido de ampliar o perfil profissional do secretário, reposicionando-o como um profissional mais estratégico do que operacional na organização, entre outros aspectos que o artigo investigou. A pesquisa justifica-se devido às lacunas existentes entre a proposição teórica referente ao tema constante na formação acadêmica e a práxis relatada pelos estagiários no campo empírico em orientações de estágio. Diante disso, o pressuposto que embasa este artigo é o de que há a necessidade de se refletir criticamente a competência empreendedora na formação do futuro profissional de secretariado. Em termos metodológicos, trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa de cunho interpretativista que, ao final, propõe ações de intervenção para ampliar os sentidos do termo tanto na teoria quanto na prática. O corpus foi construído através de normatizações legais, literatura da área e entrevistas semiestruturadas com supervisores de campo de estágio e estagiários. Como resultado, obteve-se, entre outros aspectos, que os sentidos atribuídos à relevância do empreendedorismo na formação profissional foram convergentes tanto na literatura quanto no mercado e também no discurso do futuro profissional. Entretanto, na prática, os estagiários não perceberam as organizações concedentes de estágio como ambientes incentivadores na formação dessa competência.

The research explore how entrepreneurship constitutes the development of the future executive secretary from the perspectives of the interns and their field supervisors. Those contents present in the entrepreneurial discourse have been signified in the area of executive secretariat with the sense of expanding the professional profile of the secretary repositioning him as a professional more strategic than operational in the organization; among others that the article investigated. The research is justified due to the gaps between the theoretical proposition referring to the constant subject in the academic formation and the praxis reported by the interns in the empirical field of the compulsory curricular internship. The assumption underlying this article is that there is a need to critically reflect the entrepreneurial competence in the formation of the future secretary. In methodological terms it is a qualitative research from an interpretative nature that, in the end, proposes actions of intervention in the sense of extending the meanings of the term both in theory and in practice. The corpus was constructed through legal norms, literature of the area and semi structured interviews with supervisors of field of internship and interns. As a result of the research it was obtained, among other aspects, that the meanings attributed to the relevance of entrepreneurship in vocational training were convergent both in literature, in the market and also in the discourse of the future professional, however, in practice the trainees did not perceive the organizations grantors of internship as incentive environment in the formation of this competence.
