Abstract

ABSTRACT Dual Vocational Training aims to reduce youth unemployment, facilitate the transition between the education system and the labor market and promote the employability of young people. Company tutors play an essential role in achieving the integral development of students who choose this training modality. The results show the importance of student' adaptation to the company; it is necessary to establish links between centers and companies to achieve quality training and monitoring; and the tutors are satisfied with the results, with student learning and extent of insertion in the company. Key Words: Vocational Training, tutor, company, workplace learning, qualitative methodology.
