It's hard to believe it's been 3 months since we gathered together in person in Nashville or online from our homes for The Montessori Event. While our team is hard at work with many other AMS initiatives, including-hard to believe-preparing for our 2023 conference in Boston, I wanted to reflect back on all that we celebrated in March.
Much has transpired since we gathered for our virtual conference in 2021, and, this year, we were finally able to celebrate those accomplishments. It was so nice, for example, to honor the 2021 Living Legacy, Biff Maier, and to watch him pass the metaphorical torch to Dr. Juliet King, the 2022 Living Legacy and the first Black woman to hold this honor. It was truly humbling to hear Dr. King's story, and it was powerful to feel the impact of her words across the ballroom that evening. What a cause for celebration, and what a kickoff...
