Potential buyers have approached Donald Trump about purchasingthe 76-acre waterfront site of his controversial Trump City project on the upper West Side, but the developer has not heard an offer that he finds tantalizing enough, he indicated yesterday.
"I don't believe anyone has enough money to pay me for this piece of land," Trump said at a press conference on his deal to purchase Eastern Airlines' shuttle for $365 million in cash.
Trump was responding to a question about a Wall Street Journal report yesterday that said he is discussing a possible sale of the site for more than $500 million with several foreign groups, including one led by Manhattan developer William Zeckendorf...
