Donald Trump's scaled-down version of his controversial Riverside South development on the Upper West Side is a good plan, but should be downsized even further, according to an analysis by a team of architects and urban planners released yesterday.
The proposed density for the project, originally named Television City and later Trump City, should be reduced by 16 percent, the group recommended. Current plans call for 8.3 million square feet of floor space, down from 14.5 million, and 5,500 apartments instead of 7,600.
