Emmy winner Jane Elliot, who has been playing major-league villain Tracy Quartermaine on "General Hospital" on and off since 1978 (and in the interims had villain roles on "Guiding Light," "All My Children" and "Days of Our Lives"), brings her formidable "GH" character to "The City" on the day Fairchild exits.
