Education dominated the discussion yesterday as Queens community leaders outlined their concerns about the city budget for the coming fiscal year.
But they also asked for money to deal with a host of other local issues, from a sewer project to police staffing to libraries to parks, as more than 100 people submitted their budget priorities to Queens Borough President Claire Shulman at Borough Hall.
