Harlem, after years of being left out, is finally in. Chelsea Piers, mired in neglect barely a decade ago, also got the nod. So did new minor-league ballparks in Coney Island and Staten Island.
All have earned a place on the newly revised taxi map, the colorful backseat reference guide that helps orient tourists to the city's geography.
