Who says videos don't reflect their songs any more? Jessica Simpson's video
for "A Public Affair" (Epic) - a song which, um, borrows liberally from Madonna's "Holiday" and "Causing a Commotion" - bears some noticeable resemblance to some of the Material Mama's recent work.
Here are some observations Newsday music critic Glenn Gamboa has noted:

Multiculti gal pals in the back of a limo? Yes. Donna DeLory, Niki Haris and a harem of female strippers in "Music."
Roller skating prowess? Yes. She does her own fancy moves and line dancing in "Sorry."
