She defines herself as a Madrileña in love with her city. Her life takes place in the capital, so much so that she can't imagine herself anywhere else but here, where she lived her childhood and, now, her adulthood. Image and Protocol Consultant, specialized in Marketing and Social Networks, Tamara Quiroga is the creator of an Instagram account that has been sharing old photos of Madrid for ten years.
Tamara 's path in the network began in a completely different context. At first, she managed a fashion blog, but when she realized that this world was not her passion, she tried to find another way to communicate her day to day life and share it with her followers.
The idea of creating something related to this city came to her from her family, who, fond of everything that has to do with traditions, brought her closer to local legends from an early age. "My father used to tell me stories of Madrid to go to bed and not Little Red Riding Hood like the rest of my classmates of the same age," he says.
One day, looking for an idea that caught his attention, he discovered by chance a folder stored in a computer at home. Inside were some black and white images of a Madrid that she had not known in first person, but that sounded familiar to her from the stories of her relatives. So she decided to create an Instagram profile entirely dedicated to the city's past and called it MadridMadridMadrid
