Abstract
This research aims to find out the challenge faced in education sector in facing the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and to analyze the responsiveness of educational regulations in anticipating the globalization in the industrial revolution 4.0 era. The research method used was secondary data. The result of study shows very hardchallenges faced by education realm in Indonesia due to limited facilities and infrastructure, limited fund allocation, and inadequate ratio of teachers and lecturers to students and college students, but they are required to produce superior, innovative, and creative human resources that can work in team and have Pancasila character. The Ministry of Education and Culture’s responsiveness is expected to answer the challenge of globalization in the industrial revolution 4.0 era. The organizer of education, from primary to college level, should obligatorily follow up it responsively by making innovative and progressive curriculum change in order to have same direction to produce superior resources with 21st -century skill and Pancasila character
