Abstract
Human plans are essential for the attainment of goals and achievements, so they must be properly managed in order for the work to be effective in line with the plan. This study was conducted on the basis of the purpose of determining the extent to which education, training, experience, and job discipline affect the performance of employees in the company. There is a total of 87 employees PT. Infineon Technologies Batam in this study on the number of samples more than the population and the method of sampling is census. In the research using multiple regression, the theory is tested with SPSS mathematical tools, and this study takes 6 months. Positively influenced by employee education, training, experience, and work discipline. The scope of this study is a pandemic that hinders research and there are not many variables to be evaluated. This research contributes to the analysis of management literature and provides powerful results that are available to most people.

Introduction
Human resources is one of the important components in an agency that runs agency operations. Human resources must be managed effectively to ensure that work is completed on time and according to plan, as human resources are critical to the organization's performance and achievement of its goals. Therefore, to be able to achieve organizational goals, employees who have good performance are needed who can increase the company's competitive advantage (Riyanto et al., 2021). The issue of human resources is still a highlight and a focus for organizations to survive in the era of globalization. As the main key, human resources will determine the successful implementation of organizational activities. Human resources are also important in achieving the company's success and goals as well as improving organizational performance (Saluy et al., 2022). In addition, human resources are a strategic factor in employee productivity (Saluy et al., 2021). One aspect faced in an agency is how to make employees work efficiently and has an impact on increasing productivity (Ricardianto et al., 2022). Therefore, employees are required to be able to do their work in accordance with their ability, but not in reality all employees have the ability and work skills...
