Fashion retailer Jane Norman is changing hands in a £70m management buyout that will make millionaires of the founding Freed family.
Managing director Saj Shah, who has been with the chain for 20 years, is heading the buyout team, backed by private equity group Graphite Capital.
The business is being sold by Norman Freed, who set up the company back in 1952, and his two daughters Sara and Alison.
